2. Service Availability

•   Our services are available within Dubai and nearby areas.
•   Scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
•   Emergency or same-day service is based on technician availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in AED and are subject to VAT where applicable.
• Quotes shared are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• Full or partial payment may be required before or upon completion of the service.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and selected digital payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee to cover travel and time costs.
• No-show or refusal of service at the premises will be treated as a cancellation.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the premises during the agreed time slot.
• Secure pets, valuables, or any hazardous items prior to service.
• Report any issues or dissatisfaction within 24 hours of job completion.

6. Warranties & Liabilities

• We guarantee workmanship for [7/30] days depending on the service type.
• matrixpro.ae is not liable for: 
• Pre-existing damages or poor installation by third parties.
• Electrical or plumbing faults unrelated to our work.
• Damages caused by misuse after service completion.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of JustFixIt.ae.
• No part of the website may be copied or reused without prior written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal data you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control, such as extreme weather, acts of God, accidents, or government restrictions.
